Ingredients
- 1kg ground beef
- Brioche burger buns
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- White vinegar
- Chopped jalapenos
- Chopped pickles
- Gouda cheese
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Chilli powder
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- Mixed herbs
- Butter
- Frying pan
- Fire
- If you have an outside, use a grill
Steps
Burger Patties
- Put beef in a big bowl
- Add them powders (garlic, onion, chilli, pepper and salt)
- Beat that meat, but not too much ;)
- Make discs
- Marinade in the fridge until you're hungry
Relish
- Mix all the things (chopped jalapenos, pickles, mustard, ketchup and vinegar)
- Das it
Assembly
- Cut buns horizontally
- Toast them flat buns
- Butter the pan, as much as you want, but not too much
- Fry patties until brown
- Add Gouda onto them discs, let melt
- Stack patty onto lower half of the bun
- Soak the drippings up with the top half bun
- Add relish onto patty
- Stack that top half on the rest of the tower
- Serve!
